1. Acceptance of Terms

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Strict Prohibitions
Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

- Sharing an account with another individual or transferring account ownership.

Consequences of Breach
Any breach of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of your account balance, and legal action where applicable. 1350 reserves the right to take appropriate action without prior notice in cases involving fraud or illegal activity.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 1350 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their account are legally obtained and belong to them.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by the platform and may change from time to time. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. 1350 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, which may be required before processing. Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in the name of the 1350 account holder. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method. 1350 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal that requires further review.
Bonus & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by 1350 are subject to their respective specific terms, including wagering (rollover) requirements, withdrawal limits, and validity periods. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each promotion before claiming it. Bonus claims made through unauthorised means may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

In any event, 1350's maximum total liability to any user is limited to the amount of active deposits held in the relevant account at the time of the disputed incident.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1350 platform, including but not limited to logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and domain names, is the exclusive property of 1350 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from 1350.
Third-Party Links
The 1350 platform may contain references to third-party services or content, such as game providers and payment processors. 1350 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of any such third parties. Any interaction with third parties is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
1350 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, provision of false information during registration, money laundering activity, or at the request of relevant authorities. In the event of account closure due to a breach, the account balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 1350 support team.
Changes to Terms
1350 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page, along with the date of the last update. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 1350 platform must first be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days before any legal action is taken. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
